· The Average For Sale Price in November was $1,148,000, up 44% from $797,000 in November of 2020 and up 3.4% from $1,110,000 last month.
· The Average Sold Price in November was $949,000, up 19.7% from $793,000 in November of 2020 and up 1.6% from $934,000 last month.
· The Median Sold Price in November was $920,000, up 15.7% from $795,000 in November of 2020 and up 2.1% from $901,000 last month.
· The November 2021 Absorption Rate based on Closed Sales of 325 was increased by 20.6% compared to last year and up 43.6% compared to last month
· The November 2021 Absorption Rate based on Pended Sales of 333.3 was increased by 49.7% compared to last year and up 66.7% compared to last month
· For homes priced over $1,000,000, the November 2021 Average Sold Price per Square Footage of $496 is up 22.8% from $404 in November of last year.
